Christmas Planner ("the Service") is operated by 3lb savjetovanje i usluge, vl. Rusalka Majer, Ulica Jurja Križanića 22, Varaždin, Croatia. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is currently offered as a free closed pilot. It is free of charge, no payment details are collected and no plan can be purchased. AI helpers are switched off. Features may change, be limited or be withdrawn while we test them. Before any paid plan is offered, we will publish its price and terms, and nothing will be charged without your explicit order.

• Provide a valid email address you control.
• Keep your password secret and use it only for this Service.
• Tell us promptly at hello@christmasplanner.app if you suspect someone else has used your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

You keep ownership of everything you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the Service for you. Only add information about other people, such as guests, that you are entitled to share. You can download your data or delete your account at any time in Profile.

• Do not use the Service for anything unlawful.
• Do not try to access other people's data or our systems without permission, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not use automated means to overload the Service.

We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but during the pilot we cannot promise uninterrupted operation. The Service needs an internet connection and does not work offline. We recommend downloading a copy of important data from Profile from time to time.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. We may end the pilot; if we do, we will tell you in advance where possible so you can download your data.

The Service is provided free of charge during the pilot. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and where mandatory law requires it. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect losses. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

When we change these Terms, we update the date above and tell you about significant changes by email or in the app before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims there.
